The Approved Account Numbers are the additional accounts that you have access to. A member of the IMRO Customer First Team can grant you access to your additional business locations. Once this access has been granted you can view the invoices and account details of each premises on the IMRO portal.

You can add up to 10 accounts to your profile account. You can add these by entering in the account number into the "Additional Account Numbers" field in the Customer Profile section. Then click on "update" at the bottom of the screen. Your account number will be sent for approval by the IMRO Customer First Team who will contact you to validate your account.

Open your Customer Profile page and Click on "Change IMRO Account Number" and then select the new account number from the drop-down list. Click on "Change IMRO Account Number" to change the account number.

Open your Customer Profile page and click on "Change Password". Enter in your old password and then confirm your new password.

Open your Customer Profile page and click on "Change Login Email". Enter the new email in the "Email" field and then click confirm.

Open your Customer Profile page and click on "Change Account Details". Enter the new email address and then click on "Update" to confirm it.

Open your Customer Profile page and click on "Change Account Details". Enter the new phone number and click on "Update" to confirm it.

The First Name and Last Name you provide will be displayed alongside any comments, forum posts, or ideas you make on the site.
The Email Address and Phone number will not be displayed on the site.
Your Organization and Title are optional. They will be displayed with your comments and forum posts.
